Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of marclar.tech, including its website, content, forms, and authorized social-publishing integrations. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Using the service

You may use the public website for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a way that degrades it, impersonate another person, or use it to violate applicable law or another party’s rights.

Accounts and connected platforms

Private dashboard and publishing features are limited to authorized users. If you connect a social-platform account, you represent that you own that account or have permission to manage it. You are responsible for reviewing content, audience, privacy, commercial-content, music, and disclosure settings before publishing.

Features that interact with TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Bluesky, or another third-party service are also subject to that service’s terms, policies, limits, and availability. We may suspend an integration when needed to comply with those requirements or protect the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant marclar.tech the limited rights needed to store, process, format, and transmit that content at your direction, including publishing it to an account you have connected. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and instructions do not infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights.

Site content

Unless otherwise stated, the articles, designs, branding, and other materials on marclar.tech belong to Michael Kane or their respective licensors. You may link to public pages and quote brief portions with attribution. Other reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission.

No professional advice

Content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, medical, security, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating whether a suggestion is appropriate for your circumstances and for keeping suitable backups before changing a device, account, or workflow.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free content, specific results, or continued compatibility with third-party platforms. To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

To the extent permitted by law, marclar.tech and Michael Kane will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, profits, or opportunities arising from use of—or inability to use—the service or a connected third-party platform.

Changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may revise these terms. The effective date will be updated when changes are made. You may stop using the service or revoke a connected integration at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the service operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
