Copy and paste isn't always reliable. My friend’s company runs on Google Workspace, and every time they onboarded a new client, they had to duplicate a specific folder structure. Unfortunately, manual copying kept dropping files and folders. It was a mess.

So I pointed him toward Google Apps Script. It’s essentially JavaScript for the Google ecosystem, letting you automate tasks and tie services together without leaving the browser.
